Dear Pastors and Praying Friends,

We have finished first half of furlough! It has been amazing to see what the Lord has done through this time. From August 29, 2012 to December 16, 2012, we have visited 35 churches (15 of which are new), driven 18,000 miles (just in California), and raised $2,553.50 for our building program. We were able to be a part of new church starts and fulfilling the needs that we have seen. It has been a blessing to see many new churches started and already taking on missionaries for financial support. This has greatly encouraged my faith and has motivated me to do more for the cause of Christ in Honduras. Please pray for our 2nd half of furlough. Many of the churches that we will be visiting will be new churches. This will be an excellent opportunity to share what God has done in our ministry and Lord willing make some of them on as part of our mission’s team.

The ministry in Honduras continues to thrive. We certainly do miss them while we are here, but are amazed by their faith in continuing the ministry. Many are anxious for our return as we will be starting a seminary to further train our faithful people so that they will be able to train others also.

Prayer Request:

  • To reach our goal of $50,000 for our building project
  • To gain more supporting churches
  • For continual growth of the new believers in Honduras
  • Purchase airline tickets to be able to return to Honduras
  • Purchase a reliable vehicle for the field
