Dear Pastor and Praying Friends,

We have broken ground for our new building.  We had enough money to have a tractor come and level the property.  We have found our construction foreman.  The next step is going to be to refill it, and then put the foundation in. The cost to refill the property is $2,000.  This does not include labor.  We are praying that the financial needs will be met in order to continue with our building project.

As a result of teaching in the local bilingual school, it has opened doors to people that speak English.  I am praying about the possibility of starting an English Bible study and eventually convert it into a service.  These are some of the opportunities that the Lord has placed before us.  English is a wonderful tool that we can use to reach more people.

We want to reiterate about the opening in an English teaching ministry that is available.  The demand for English is only becoming greater.  I am reaching people through the bilingual school and we are seeing some parents come because of it, but our time is very limited.  The bilingual school would be willing to pay someone to teach at the school, we just need someone willing to say, “Yes!”  If you know someone who would be interested, please let us know.  The next school year starts in February.  The people want more English teachers as they believe this will improve the town.  Anyone coming here as an English teacher would only need to raise a small amount of monthly support.  It is an excellent opportunity for someone to reach people and to have an impact for generations to come.

We will be returning to the States on furlough starting in February 2016 until May 2016.  We will not be visiting the West Coast.  We will however be visiting Texas, the South, the Midwest, and the East Coast.  If you know of any churches that have a burden for Latin America, especially Honduras, please let us know.  We still have some openings in our schedule.

We count it an honor to serve the King of Kings on the mission field of Honduras.  Please pray that the Lord would send the right people to co-labor with us here in Campamento.  The need is great here, but I want to follow the Lord´s leading in this area.  There is not a day that goes by that I do not hear of more opportunities to serve.  If God is burdening your heart about missions, please consider Honduras.  Thank you for your prayers and support.

Your missionary in Honduras,
Daniel Jacobo
